In Trust: Caring for Sculpture

-

This exhibition is the culmination of a three-year project, funded by The George Dannatt Trust, to conserve and improve the storage conditions of some modern and contemporary sculptures held within Southampton City Art Gallery’s permanent collection. Artists such as Tony Cragg, Richard Deacon and Ian Hamilton Finlay will be on display alongside the sculpture Max Wall by Nicholas Monro, which has not been shown in its entirety for several years. Find out more about sculpture conservation at Southampton City Art Gallery.
