A square of long grass taken from a field located in the green belt surrounding Romsey, Hampshire, transported 115km to be situated in the controlled environment of the lawn of Waterlow park, London. Exploring the argument that landscapes are losing their uniqueness due to increasingly accessibility to sites. Commenting on the role of globalisation and technology connecting locations to the point of almost free mobility of not only ourselves, but of cultures that used to be confined to a small locality – contributing to the diverse cultural landscape of Southampton and London.
